The MyGlassTruck production line is moving into a new assembly plant. We now share a purpose-built facility with our parent company Victory Truck Body, that is designed to build the best glass carrying racks in the business.

The MyGlassTruck production line is moving into a brand-new, purpose-built assembly plant in Glassboro, New Jersey. Now sharing space with our parent company, Victory Truck Body, this 70,000 sq. ft. expansion sits alongside our existing 47,000 sq. ft. facility more than doubling our total manufacturing footprint to 117,000 sq. ft. Together, these facilities are designed to build the best glass-carrying racks in the business and support the rapid growth of MyGlassTruck nationwide.

Our goal is to increase efficiency by consolidating our assembly processes into manufacturing cells focused solely on each product line. The facility includes a multi-truck-sized downdraft paint booth and overhead cranes, complementing the robotic and human welding capabilities, CNC laser cutter, and advanced aluminum fabrication and assembly techniques utilized in our current building.

The upgrade, combined with added space, streamlines production and allows us to meet rising demand for our bolt-on glass racks for vans and pick-up trucks, glass truck bodies, and glass rack trailers. The new building also has a dedicated space for our glass rack installation service.

Rustin Cassway, CEO of Victory Truck Body, highlighted the impact of this expansion for MyGlassTruck:

“As demand for our glass transport and truck body solutions continues to grow, this investment allows us to improve quality and efficiency, while increasing production to meet tight schedules and maintain the highest standard of craftsmanship. Bringing more of our manufacturing in-house strengthens our ability to provide customers with the vehicles and equipment they need, when they need them.”

Our Dedicated Installation Space

Our new facility is already buzzing with installations. When we designed this space, we pulled from more than 30 years of glass rack installation experience. The result is a purpose-built shop where your truck can be transformed quickly, cleanly, and with the kind of precision you expect from MyGlassTruck.

We build racks for nearly every popular commercial van and pickup on the market. Chances are, we’ve already outfitted the exact model you’re driving today. And while a custom rack may sound like a big investment, most glaziers are surprised at just how affordable a single-truck installation can be.

Timing matters, too. Our production lead time is fast. Your custom rack is typically built and ready within 2–3 weeks of placing your deposit. Once your truck rolls into the installation bay, our team can usually finish the job the same day. If you’re in a hurry, ask about openings in our schedule, as cancellations sometimes free up earlier slots. We’ll lock in your installation date as soon as your rack is in production and keep you updated every step of the way.

And whether you’d like us to handle the installation in-house, ship to your local up-fitter, or send it directly for self-installation, we’ve got you covered.

Faster Ship Outs

Our new facility doesn’t just handle installs, it also gives us a dedicated space to assemble racks for shipping across the country. That means whether you’re down the street or on the west coast, we can build a rack for your truck and get it on the road to you.

We’ve added a dedicated crating area where every rack is carefully packaged to arrive safe, secure, and ready to work. From start to finish, our goal is to make sure your investment shows up in perfect condition.

Every rack ships with a full set of step-by-step instructions for easy installation. Prefer to have a professional handle it? We can ship directly to an up-fitter local to you, so you don’t have to go out of your way to get the job done.
